Terms of Service
1. The service
FetchMeJobs aggregates publicly posted job listings from job boards, applicant-tracking systems, and company career pages, matches them against your saved preferences, and notifies you. Listings originate from third parties; we don't create them and can't guarantee their accuracy, availability, or that any application will lead to employment.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The free plan is free forever. Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from account settings via the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the aggregated listings or our data feeds.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its infrastructure, or access other users' data.
- Don't use the service to send spam or misrepresent your identity in applications.
5. Applications are yours
Tools that pre-fill application forms act on your device with your data, and submitting any application is always your action and your responsibility. Review before you submit.
6. Third-party sites
Links lead to third-party job boards and career sites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
